Friends, Thank you all for joining the fight for the sanctity of our elections and of our democratic institutions here in Pennsylvania. The ads we raised money for will run in three papers today. They have nearly 500 signatures! This is a testament to the citizens of our community in the state where American democracy became a reality.
Rep. Benninghoff and Sen. Corman - and by proxy, the rest of the PA GOP, whom they lead - need to feel continual pressure from their constituents in Centre County and across Pennsylvania. While they suffered more defeats in the courts yesterday, they have wasted taxpayer money and given rhetorical cover to Donald Trump who is unwilling to do what is best for America and concede the election. He has lost. Using the machinery of our government to delay or derail the certification of the vote in PA is unacceptable. Continuing to undermine faith in our electoral system with slippery rhetoric is dangerous. At this critical moment for our state and nation, the Commonwealth, the United States and the world require a smooth and peaceable transition of Presidential power..
